About TecHelpNI

I founded TecHelpNI on a simple idea - My family/friends and their complete lack of interest and knowledge of Technology. 

Over the years i have had to setup email accounts, internet banking, facebook pages, ipads, smart devices, cctv, and the more i setup for them the more support i found they needed as they cant get their heads around the need for passwords and security along with all of these devices. 

It took a long time but by chance a meeting in work made me realise how many other people have these exact issues and where do you go for help?  You can get loads of self help but that sometimes needs a degree of understanding which again not everyone possesses.
